11 Beach Street Interior Design If you follow us on Instagram, you've probably seen more than a few  previews for our 11 Beach Street interior design and renovation!! 11 Beach is a new building designed by BKSK and Thomas Juul-Hansen, and we are making our magic on one of the full-floor units. Working with our friends at Best and Company, we're adding millwork, all new lighting, a tracery ceiling in the main living space, and furnishing the home top to bottom for a beautiful family relocating to NYC from Toronto, Canada. You can view the renderings we did of the interior spaces in the Portfolio section of our website, but the fun part is not so much the pretty pictures, but the process we went through to get to the construction stage. The client is based in Toronto, CA, and contracted us to handle all aspects of the project - from the architecture of the space to the decorative finishes and furnishings. Since we're the feet on the ground, we're the client's eyes and ears, making sure every little detail is attended to so they can just show up and enjoy their new life in NYC.
